As seen on the right, my areas of expertise are on the intersection of leadership/communication skills/emotional intelligence and compassion/belonging/psychological safety. My hope is to help people think through the broader systemic/cultural dynamics while simultaneously helping equip leaders and employees with the skills to support and enact those cultures.
